This is a Yamaha TX16W rack-mount 12-bit sampler. It has the full 6MB RAM (using 3 new Radiusz Electronics EMM-15 modules) and the floppy drive has been replaced with a Gotek drive. A USB stick is included with both Typhoon and original operating system floppies, plus a couple of extra disks. Many other disk images are available online. It all works pretty nicely if you take the time to learn how to use the OS. You will probably want to read the manual for this one.
The top of the unit is a little scratched up and there's the usual rack rash, but the front panel is very clean. See the pictures for details. The display is very good.
