Yamaha WX7 MIDI wind controller. It seems to be working but I have only plugged it into my MIDI input on my DX7 and I was able to generate some sounds from the DX.
This listing includes what is in the photos. The controller itself, a padded case, a connector cable from controller to belt power box, belt loop battery power box for portable power, a power supply, an extra mouth piece and cover for that, and a small extra parts baggie. Please look at photos.

It has a MIDI output on the belt loop battery pack so that you can control sound modules/synths. This does not have any internal sounds and is only a MIDI controller.
