I am not privy to this technology and have no idea how this all works so I cannot assist you with any support related questions. I have other SoeakerCraft stuff on sale, this was from a home that went into demolition but this all was functional at the time when we removed it from the building.
There is included:
1. Mode Adapter (power support missing, requires standard jack and 24v, 2.5A, they are inexpensive)
2. Amplifies Terminator AT-1.0 (power supply is available for this and included is 12V and 1A)
3. Mode Base for iPod r iPhone (power supply missing, requires 12V and 1A, these are inexpensive)
4. IR Receiver and seems comes with all cables - please check images to confirm.
5. IR Emitters ... there is a bunch of them, there seem to be about 7 emitters and some of them have the cable cut in the middle so you will need to re-connect the cut pieces of cable back together. This was cut to allow removing the cables from the home. In addition to that there seems are additional 3 emitters but they gave exposed the emitter unit (without the cover) so they may be useable or not.)

Returns :
1. Item described as *New* or *Refurbished* has a 30-Day Return and Refund Policy in case it does not meet your needs. To prevent a confusion, we keep a journal of product codes and other invisible protection marks.
2. Item sold as *Used* is final sale and a return is available only if it is defective upon receipt or it does not match the description.
3. Sale of items sold as *For Parts / As-Is* is final and a return is not accepted.
4. In general, a return of an item showing signs of use by the buyer, missing accessories, or missing product branded packaging will not be accepted. Cosmetic, medicare, wellness and hygiene products can be returned only if sold and returned in a sealed unopened condition.
