Up for sale is a very nice left-handed strat-shaped guitar that we assembled here at Subway guitars in berkeley. The body and neck are both Warmouth. The body features beautifully figured swamp Ash, and
It is made with all Top Shelf parts from bow to stern. Lets go over them:
NECK- the neck is the Warmouth Radius Neck which offers a compound radius starting at 10 in at the first fret and flattening out to 14 at the 12th fret. This allows for comfortable fretting down by the nut, and eliminates the problem of fretting out on the high frets. The neck has a very clean matte finish and has no dings or dents or signs of wear. The frets are untouched
The tuning machines are vintage Kluson Deluxe single-line. No logo on the headstock
BODY: Top quality woods. The body is beautifully figured 2 piece Ash. The Hard tail
bridge is a John Mann "Mannmade USA". Mann worked with Paul Reed Smith to develop the PRS bridges.
ELECTRONICS: The electronics include a Seymour Duncan Telecaster pickup in the bridge position, and a Bartolini 3X-N neck pickup- Single coil design with full range sound and 50% more output than a stock Strat pickup. This exact replacement with extended low and high frequency response yields a warm, brilliant tone with less upper midrange emphasis than the stock pickup.
The controls have a blend knob for the two pickups with center indent, and stacked volume and tone knobs
Overall the guitar was designed to be a fun ride for the discriminating left-handed player. The left-handed body coupled with the right-handed neck finally gives a lefty player the chance to experience the joy of a reverse headstock
This guitar is super clean with no dings or dents or signs of use or wear on the frets.
Comes with a padded gig bag.
